What is Covered:
If you experience damage to your jewellery due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us for an evaluation. Our warranty covers flaws in materials or workmanship that occur within two years from the date of purchase.
How to Claim Your Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim:
1. Email us at info@goldymargo.com with the following:
• Clear photos and/or a short video of the damaged piece.
• A brief description of how the damage occurred.
2. Our team will carefully assess your submission. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will coordinate the next steps with you.
If the damage is not deemed a manufacturing defect based on the information and images provided, we may be unable to accept the item for further evaluation.
What is Not Covered
Our manufacturing warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cuts, or deformed chains/rings).
• Loss or theft of the jewellery.
• Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage.
• Consequential or incidental damages resulting from the above issues.
Additional Notes
• Any repairs or modifications made by third parties may void the warranty.
